Participants are responsible for air, hotel and airport travel expenses.

We have reserved a room block with the Sheraton Grand Seattle at $243 USD per night for single/double occupancy, plus applicable taxes and service fees for the night(s) of Wednesday, September 13, 2023 and Thursday, September 14, 2023. Rooms are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. In order to qualify for the group rate, these requests must be confirmed by Tuesday, August 15, 2023. The room type is at the Standard King level.

The hotel has a limited number of rooms available at the group rate 3 days before and 3 days after the conference dates and will do their best to accommodate those requests.

Cancellation Policy

Participants may be responsible for the full cost of their reservation if any cancellations are submitted to Russell Investments after Tuesday, August 15, 2023. An early departure fee will apply should you request to change your departure date after check in.
